Employees Sam Luoma and Sam Gravelle profiled and targeted a terminally ill man using a Duluth city park. CJ, a man suffering a debilitating spinal cord disease was attempting a welfare check on his minor daughter in lower Chester Park June 2024.
On entering the park CJ attracted the attention of intolerant and discriminative Chester Bowl employees Luoma and Gravelle. CJ walks and moves with odd motions often and suffers from extreme nerve pain.
We believe both employees should be terminated and charged with discrimination.
