This unit has a unique message for the City of Duluth, Duluth Chief Bigot Mike Ceynowa, Sherass Gordon Ramsay, Duluth Police, St Louis County Sheriff, The social worker that defrauded my family and set off this travesty, Lindsay Sauer and our hero: Judge Bigot Dale Harris of Hermantown.
Instead of looking into the allegations… the cops laugh… one told me, “your wasting your time, nothing will ever happen.”

There’s hope my friend…
On Jan 8th, 2025 we launched our first mobile protest with a utility trailer turned into message boards. Bright yellow and green flashing strobes, big huge messages about the bigots that lead our city and how they treat good people.
Even terminally ill people aren’t immune to these unaccountable sadists, that are so buried in their own arrogance. I often think of Pharaoh Nero, and his persecution of Christians.
Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus (37–68 CE) was the fifth and final Roman emperor of the Julio-Claudian dynasty.
Reign: Nero became emperor in 54 CE after Claudius’ death. He was known for his debaucheries, extravagances, and persecution of Christians.
Death: Nero chose suicide over execution after being condemned by the Senate.
Our organizer, CJ, is suffering from a terminal debilitating spinal cord disease. He has been hiding it and only going out when he can make it not obvious. He suffered, and continues to suffer incredibly inhumane and cruel police, court and attorney actions since he was paralyzed in 2021.
The court system led by chief Judge Leslie Beiers and morally flexible attorney’s like Duluth city attorney Jessica Fralich, will not accept any reason to delay propping your ass up and f@cking it real hard, as many times as possible, until it gapes.
Who cares if it makes their children suffer even more, when the parent is destoyed just because they have a penis.
CJ’s child was kept from him and an extortion was attempted while he layed paralyzed in St Lukes Duluth Hospital neurological ward after falling and waking up paralyzed from the sternum down. The family dogs were left for dead in the home by the spouse.
CJ was told by the spouse, “you should have time to find someone to take those dogs, while you’re laying paralyzed in that hospital bed.”
And at that point he knew he would never have a chance. He thought it was over. Only thing he could do is rebel. And then, it was nothing but threats of being arrested and jailed, and probably beat by Sherass Gordon Ramsay’s thugs, for not cooperating with the inhumane and cruel court. All while attempting to preserve his own existance. Which obviously didn’t matter.
The arrogance is so deep and sick. The court, led by Judge Dale Harris of Hermantown, stopped him from protecting himself from them. Absolute power corrupts absolutely and when a man is begging and you ignore him, begging for his f@@king life, because it was so bad that the court became more of a threat to his existance, than the disease.
His attorney, a trainwreck drunk named Shelly Torvinen said, “being paralyzed CJ, not able to move body parts and in extreme pain are not valid reasons to delay the court.” What she really meant, is she really loves raping him for his money, as he laid defenseless and desperate. Need more money. Need more money. Need more money. More booze, more booze, more booze.
He was forced to perform for the court, treated like a circus animal and forced to pay child support as the ground was falling out from beneath him. He had to go on public assistance and rely on his 80 year old ill parents to keep him alive.
He lost everything he owned, his business, his disability/mobility trailer, including medical devices and mobility aids, as he learned to walk again, to make life easier while learning how to be independant again and mobile.
The arrogant court didn’t bat an eyelash at the suffering, or the doom it caused someone trying so hard to get back on his feet and be a Dad. To make some memories with his kid. So she has some idea who he is, before he’s gone.
Instead of getting to Mayo for treatments every week as the neurologists ordered, he had to pay child support to an ivy league college degreed woman.
Another sick attorney, magistrate Clarissa Ek, would not take zero child support and ignored his suffering and begging, and made him continue to pay as the disease started to ravage his body.
This is ‘time of the essense’ to him. When his body won’t respond anymore and he’s wilting away in bed, unable to move and enjoy life with his daughter. He will know, and the people of Duluth will know, he tried.
And then, maybe people will see who are the antichrist, antiman of Duluth. And how they are oppressing everyone except the privileged and making disabled and people of color suffer at much higher rates.

On our first day Weds Jan 8th protesting with message boards, we recorded police officers mocking & laughing at us. Mocking a suffering and falling apart man with a 9 year old daughter.
The CSOs, children dressed like cops, community service oafs, were the worst. They went out of their way to harass and intimidate, while speeding around town with cell phones in hand. Like teenagers out for the night, bouncing off road lines and swerving. Why would you put two children together in the same police vehicle?
A driver of a white DTA vehicle gave us the finger. Really goes to show that unaccountability is how Duluth government operates. Real professional.
On our second day Jan 9th, we really concentrated our presence in and around our ‘wannabe heroes’ to honor them on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. We observed what looked like a stabbing crime scene in downtown. Way too many police cars, and people in hazmat suits.
A DTA bus driver became beligerant towards us using the road. 6 people approached the vehicle giving us their contact info to join our cause and told us their stories of severe sick treatments by Duluth law enforcement, including beatings with batons.
